Pricing & payment
How much does a website cost?
Website design starts at EUR 1,900 for up to 5 pages. A landing page starts at EUR 750. All prices are on the Pricing page, excl. VAT.
How do I pay?
You pay a 50% deposit when you order and 50% when you approve the launch. Care plans are billed monthly. Card payments on this site are in test mode for now; after you order, we email you the invoice.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No. Prices are excl. VAT. 21% VAT is added at checkout.
Do you invoice in euros?
Yes. All prices and invoices are in euros.
Will I get a refund if I change my mind?
Before kick-off, yes, in full. After kick-off, the deposit is refunded minus the work already done. Consumers also have a 14-day right to withdraw. The Refund & Cancellation policy has the details.
Process
How long does a project take?
From 1 to 2 weeks for a landing page to 8 to 10 weeks for the largest website package. Each package states its timeline.
What do you need from me?
Answers to our kick-off questions, your content and images, and access to your domain or current site where relevant.
How many revisions do I get?
Between 2 and 3 rounds, depending on the package. Extra rounds are quoted and approved by you first.
Who will I work with?
The person who designs your site. You get a direct phone number and email, and a reply within one business day.
Technical
Will my site be fast?
We build static, light sites with self-hosted fonts and no third-party scripts until visitors consent. That is the reason they load quickly.
Does the site work on phones?
Yes. Every site is responsive and tested on real devices before launch.
Do prices include hosting and a domain?
No. Hosting and domain belong to you and are billed by their providers. We tell you what you need and publish the site.
Can I edit the site myself?
Our website packages produce static sites, so there is no admin panel. Changes go through us, and care plans include hours for them. Shops run on Shopify or WooCommerce, which have their own admin.
Do you work in English and Latvian?
Yes. Both, equally.
Care
Do you look after sites you did not build?
Yes, after a quick look at the site and hosting.
How do I cancel a care plan?
Email us. Cancellation takes effect after 30 days' notice. The current month is not refunded.
What if I need more hours than my plan has?
We quote the extra work and you approve it first.
Is a care plan the same as SEO?
No. Care keeps the site running and current. SEO & performance is a separate service. Care Plus includes a monthly performance report.
Legal
Who owns the finished site?
You do, once you have paid in full. Terms of Service explains what that covers, including licences for third-party fonts or images.
What do you do with my personal data?
We use it to answer you, deliver your project and issue invoices. We do not sell it. The Privacy Policy lists what we collect and who helps us handle it.
Do you use cookies?
Only the ones needed to run the site, until you agree to analytics. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
Are the specimens real clients?
No. They are concept projects for imagined businesses, and each one is labelled as such.
